The Whoa Nelly! Kitchen Essentials

Every department store from here to the interwebs has their “Essential Registry” — frankly a lot of it is probably going to sit on your shelves, never to be looked at after the thank you cards are in the mail (Beth has an “essential” fondue pot that still has not come out its wrapper after 3 years…)

So we thought we would put together a list of what we, as professional and home cooks, use DAILY in our abodes.

And if you really love to bake…

And in no way is this essential, but my husband LOVES ours:
